To place an order, add the desired products to the shopping cart. To complete the order, fill in the required fields and select a suitable delivery method. The total amount payable will then be displayed on the screen, which can be paid via a bank link or using another payment solution.

The agreement enters into force upon receipt of the amount payable in the Online Store’s bank account.

If it is not possible to deliver the ordered goods due to the goods being out of stock or for any other reason, the buyer will be notified of this at the earliest opportunity nd the paid amount (including the delivery costs) will be refunded to the buyer, as a rule, within 1–2 business days.  Depending on the payment method, the receipt of the refund may take up to 7 business days.

Delivery

Goods are delivered to the following countries: Estonia, Finland.

The shipping costs are borne by the buyer, and the relevant price information is displayed next to the shipping method.

Domestic shipments within Estonia generally arrive at the destination specified by the buyer within 3–7 business days from the entry into force of the sales agreement. Delivery outside Estonia takes place within 10 calendar days.

In exceptional cases, the Online Store has the right to deliver the goods within up to 30 calendar days.

Right of Withdrawal

After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online store within 14 days, except in cases that meet the conditions listed in the Law of Obligations Act § 53 (4) (e.g., goods made according to the consumer’s specifications). The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.

To exercise the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods may not be used in any way other than what is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, in the same manner as is permitted when testing the goods in a physical store.

If the goods have been used for purposes other than what is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, or if there are signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refundable amount in accordance with the decrease in the value of the goods.

To return the goods, the buyer must submit a withdrawal statement and send it by email no later than 14 days from receiving the goods.

The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer, except where the reason for the return is that the item to be returned does not correspond to what was ordered (e.g., the wrong or defective item).

The buyer must return the goods within 14 days after submitting the withdrawal statement or provide proof that the goods were handed over to the carrier within the above-mentioned period.

Upon receipt of the returned goods, the Online Store will refund to the buyer without delay, but no later than within 14 days from the receipt of the withdrawal statement, all payments received from the buyer under the contract.

The Online Store may refuse to issue a refund until it has received the goods covered by the contract back, or until the buyer has provided proof that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs earlier.

If the buyer has expressly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery option offered by the Online Store, the Online Store is not required to refund the part of the cost that exceeds the cost of the standard delivery method.

The Online Store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of the goods from the buyer if, due to an error, the price of the goods in the Online Store is indicated significantly below the market price of the goods.

Right to Submit a Claim

The Online Store is liable for any non-conformity with the contract terms or defect in the goods sold to the buyer that existed at the time the goods were handed over and that becomes apparent within up to two years from the delivery of the goods to the buyer. During the first year after the goods have been delivered to the buyer, it is presumed that the defect already existed at the time of delivery. It is the obligation of the Online Store to rebut this presumption.

If a defect becomes apparent, the buyer has the right to contact the Online Store no later than within two months by sending an email to info@adshop.ee or calling +37255531106

The Online Store is not liable for defects that arise after the goods have been delivered due to the consumer’s actions or omission (improper use, accident, etc.) or where the defect is the result of normal wear and tear due to ordinary use.

If goods purchased from the Online Store have defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online Store will refund to the buyer all payments related to the sales agreement.

The Online Store will respond to the consumer’s complaint in writing or in a form that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.
